8. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain high availability and performance of our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) for enterprise customers is available separately.

We may perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sulphur Technologies Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time:

• You may terminate by discontinuing use of our Services and closing your account
• We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violation of these Terms
• We may terminate with 30 days' notice for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations for a period of 30 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on our website. Material changes will be effective 30 days after posting, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

14. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sulphur Technologies Private Limited.
